Recently, ARA has successfully integrated an open-source mobile core (Open5GS) with a commercial-grade 5G standalone radio access network (RAN) powered by Ericsson. This first-of-its-kind integration marks a significant milestone toward proving the commercial readiness and interoperability of open-source mobile networking software.
